Put your Dutchie menu on the shop TV

If your dispensary runs its online menu on Dutchie, you already maintain one product catalog. DubMenu turns that catalog into a TV menu board without re-typing a single product. Paste your public Dutchie menu URL, and DubMenu pulls in your products, prices, THC and CBD content, strain types, and product images.

The import takes a few minutes for a full menu. From then on, the board updates from your phone whenever you change something.

How the import works

  1. Open your DubMenu control panel from your phone. If the TV is not paired yet, open tv.dubmenu.com on the TV and scan the code.
  2. Paste your public Dutchie menu URL into the import field.
  3. DubMenu reads the menu and stages your categories, products, prices, potency, strain types, and images.
  4. Review the result on the TV. Adjust category order, hide what you do not sell on the floor, and pick a theme.
  5. When the Dutchie menu changes, tap Re-sync menu in the control panel to pull the latest version.

What re-sync means

DubMenu imports a snapshot of your public Dutchie menu and refreshes it when you ask. There is no background feed watching your Dutchie catalog. In practice this works because floor edits happen in DubMenu anyway: a price change or a sold-out toggle goes straight from your phone to the TV, without touching Dutchie at all.

Re-sync matters when your Dutchie catalog itself changes, such as a weekly product drop or a vendor swap. One tap pulls the current public menu again.

Honest limitation

If you need the TV to mirror POS inventory automatically with no human action, you need a POS-integrated sync tool, not an import tool. The GreenScreens comparison covers that tradeoff openly.

Not on Dutchie?

DubMenu also detects menus hosted on other public platforms and reads what the page exposes. When a platform renders its menu inside its own app shell and exposes nothing to read, the honest answer is a CSV import: export your product list, upload it once, and manage the board from your phone after that.

Questions

Does the import update my board automatically?

No. Import and re-sync are actions you trigger from the control panel. Day-to-day edits (prices, stock toggles, themes) are instant and do not require a re-sync.

What exactly comes over from Dutchie?

Categories, product names, prices, THC and CBD percentages, strain type (indica, sativa, hybrid), weight or size where published, and product images. You can edit or hide anything after import.

My menu is on Jane, Weedmaps, or Leafly. Can I import?

DubMenu detects those platforms and tries to read the public menu. Some platforms render menus inside their own app and expose little to import. In that case, a CSV upload gets your catalog onto the board once, and phone edits take over from there.

Do you hotlink Dutchie images?

No. Imported images are copied into DubMenu storage and served from DubMenu, so your board does not depend on a third-party CDN staying up.
