By using DubMenu, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
DubMenu provides digital menu software for TV displays, hosted mobile menus, permanent QR redirects, and website embeds. You are responsible for the content you publish, including ensuring it complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Accounts are for individual businesses. You may not share login credentials. Subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support.
Each new product subscription receives a 30-day trial unless checkout states otherwise. A valid credit card is required and is stored securely with Stripe. You will not be charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, that product subscription renews monthly unless you cancel. We reserve the right to end a trial early if we detect abuse.
You may not use DubMenu to display illegal content, infringe intellectual property, or violate any third-party terms. We may suspend accounts for abuse or non-payment.
You retain ownership of your menu content. You grant us a limited license to store and display it as needed to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
DubMenu is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may modify these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
