Import and refresh your menu
Bring in a supported online menu or enter products yourself.

If your store already has an online menu, try importing it before entering every product by hand. DubMenu accepts supported Dutchie and Weave IQ menus and DubLedger storefront links. Check the result carefully: the board shows what is saved in your store's catalog.
Import from a link
- In the dashboard, open the right store, choose Import, then Menu Wizard.
- Paste the public menu link into Menu URL, Dutchie Link, or Store Slug. If you are setting up TV, choose the number of displays you intend to use.
- Choose Build TV Menu. Wait for the result, then open Products and review categories, stock, prices and descriptions.
- Look at TV Design before putting the board in front of customers. Check the preview and the actual TV.
When a supported source is saved, its stock, prices, deals and new products refresh about every 15 minutes while a TV is active. A source check also runs when the board or editor opens. This is not an instant connection; verify important changes on the screen. Re-sync menu in Import requests another import from your saved source when you need to check it manually. Re-sync can replace the shared catalog, so review it after use.
Keep a hand-entered menu
Use Products → + Category and + Add product if you have no supported link. For each item, enter the name and price, then check how it looks on TV. Your manual changes reach connected displays live. A manually entered menu does not automatically follow changes elsewhere; update it yourself whenever prices or stock change.
CSV imports are one-time uploads, not automatically refreshed sources. There is no CSV file picker in the dashboard; contact us if you need help bringing in a CSV. A CSV must fit within 5 MB, 20 categories and 500 products per category. To keep a copy before a major change, choose Export settings under Import → Backups.
For daily price and stock changes, continue with edit products and deals.
