Edit products, stock and deals
Change prices, hide sold-out items and show a special on your board.
Your store has one catalog for its displays. Open the store in the dashboard from a phone or computer to change it. Connected boards receive saved edits live; check the TV to make sure customers see what you intended.
Change a price or product
- Open Products and search for the product name. Choose the product to open Edit product.
- Change its price or other details, then use the editor's save action.
- Check the board. If it is still showing the old price, make sure the TV is connected before editing again.
For a new item, choose + Add product and place it in the right category. Use + Category when you need another section of the menu. The search box helps you find a product without scrolling through a full catalog. If an imported item has a bad name, price or description, correct it and inspect the source too: a later source refresh may change imported details again.
Mark an item sold out
Find the item in Products and choose its In stock or Out of stock control. In the product editor you can also choose Mark out of stock or Mark in stock. Sold-out products are hidden on the TV until they are marked in stock again. If the item comes from a saved online menu, check the source's stock state as well; the next refresh can bring its current stock value into the board.
Show a deal
Open Specials and choose + Add special. Enter its wording and prices, then check Show on TV for that special. Open the board to see how the offer reads next to the regular menu. Imported offers can also appear here after a source refresh. Manually added specials have their own wording and do not change the regular price of a catalog product.
