Fix a board that is not showing the right menu

Work through screen, import and billing problems before contacting support.

Start with what the TV shows. A pairing screen, an old price and a blocked menu usually need different fixes. Keep your store name and the affected display name handy so you can check the right location.

The board is blank or stuck on pairing

  1. Check that the TV is connected to the internet, the browser is open and sleep or screensaver settings are not taking over.
  2. In the dashboard, open your store and TV Publishing. Open the address for the right display on the TV again.
  3. If a pairing screen appears, scan its code with a signed-in phone and select the correct store and display. For a second screen, set Number of displays under Displays first.
  4. If the screen asks you to start a trial, check Account → Subscriptions and follow plans and billing.

A price or product is wrong

Open Products and find the item. Check its saved price and whether it is marked In stock. Compare the board with the editor: if every display is wrong, edit the catalog; if only one display differs, check Choose what shows for that display under Displays. Reopen the board if it lost its connection. Saved edits reach connected screens live.

For a linked Dutchie, Weave IQ or DubLedger menu, updates normally arrive about every 15 minutes while a TV is active. Open Import and choose Re-sync menu to request a fresh import if the source itself has changed. Check the result after re-sync. CSV and manually entered products require hand edits; reopening the TV cannot fetch new data from those sources.

An image or deal is missing

Check that the product is in stock and its category is selected for this screen. In TV Design, check whether the chosen layout shows product images. For a manual deal, open Specials and check its Show on TV control. Review the TV itself after each change.

If these checks do not solve it, contact DubHaven. Include the store name, the display name, what you expected, what you saw, and a photo of the TV if possible. This helps us look at the same problem you are seeing.
