How many TVs can I connect?

A TV subscription is $99 per month per location and covers up to four displays using the same catalog. Under Displays, choose the number you want to run, then set which categories each one shows. See pair displays for the setup steps.

Do I need a special television?

Use a TV or streaming device with a browser that can open the board address. Keep the device connected to the internet, leave the browser on the board, and turn off its sleep or screensaver setting. Test the board on your actual TV before relying on it during service.

Will my prices update themselves?

If you have a saved Dutchie, Weave IQ or DubLedger storefront menu source, the board checks for changes about every 15 minutes while a TV is active. It also checks when the board or editor opens. For a manual or CSV catalog, make changes yourself in Products. You can request another source import with Re-sync menu under Import. See import your menu.

What happens when I edit a product?

Connected TVs receive saved changes live. You do not have to publish routine edits separately. Check the board afterward, particularly if you changed a price or marked an item out of stock. If one screen looks old, follow troubleshooting.

Can I run QR Menu too?

Yes. QR Menu and TV are separate subscriptions, but they use the same store catalog. QR Menu adds $30 per location per month. See QR Menu help for how the phone menu and printable code work, and plans and billing for trial options.

Can someone design a custom board for my store?

Yes. Start with one of the 24 presets, change your colors, font and logo, or contact DubHaven about a bespoke board. Check design your board for the controls already in your dashboard.
