Brand your phone menu
Add your store name and logo, then choose an accent color.
On this page
Your hosted QR Menu has a phone-friendly layout of its own. You can give it your store name, logo and accent color, then check how they look on a real phone. If you also have TV boards, branding changes affect those boards too.
Set your name and logo
- Open Menu controls from the dashboard and select your store. If you have QR Menu only, open QR Menu and find Branding. If you also have TV, open TV Design and find Branding.
- Enter the name customers know in Dispensary Name. It appears when the page cannot show a logo or when Show logo is off.
- Use Upload beside Logo to add yours, or choose Browse Image Library to select one you have already uploaded. JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP files are accepted, up to 2 MB. Use a clear image that still reads at phone size.
- Keep Show logo on if you want the logo in the menu header. Turn it off to show the store name there instead.
Name, logo and color settings save as you change them. Refresh the hosted menu on your phone to see the result. If you use both TV and QR Menu, check your board after a shared branding change as well.
Pick an accent color
In a QR-only account, find the Primary color control in QR Menu. With TV access, find it under TV Design in the Theme card. Choose a color, then reload your hosted menu to check prices and highlighted text. The Secondary color is for TV boards; it does not change the phone menu's layout.
Visitors can use the light/dark toggle on the hosted menu. Check the accent and product images in both modes, especially if your logo has a light background or small lettering. The visitor's choice can take precedence over your store's starting mode.
The TV Layout, Font style and Ambient effect controls are for boards, not the phone page. A TV color preset can change the shared primary color, so check your phone menu after choosing one. The QR-only account does not need a TV preset to brand its menu.
When your menu looks right, print and share your code.
