Build and update your menu

Import an existing menu or edit your products and prices by hand.

Your QR Menu shows categories and products from the catalog in Menu controls. If your store also uses DubMenu TV, changes to this catalog affect both. The hosted phone menu lets customers search, browse categories and open product details. It does not take orders.

Bring in an existing menu

  1. In Menu controls, select your store and open Import.
  2. Paste a menu link into Menu URL, Dutchie Link, or Store Slug, then choose Import Catalog. Supported sources include Dutchie, Weave IQ and DubLedger storefront links.
  3. Check the imported categories, prices, pictures and availability in Products. An import replaces the existing catalog; review any hand edits afterward. When you want to import again from the saved link, choose Re-sync menu in Import.

A saved source can refresh stock, prices, deals and new products about every 15 minutes while a TV is active, and a refresh is also requested when a board or editor opens. A QR scan by itself does not keep automatic refresh running. If you use QR Menu without an active TV, check your menu and use Re-sync menu when needed. Manually entered catalogs stay hand-edited. If you need help with a CSV menu, contact us; the current Import screen takes a link, not a CSV file.

Make a change yourself

  1. Open Products. Choose + Category to make a category or + Add product to add an item. Existing items appear under their categories.
  2. Open an item to change its price, description or photo. Choose Save changes when you finish. A new item uses Add product instead.
  3. To hide an unavailable item, open it and choose Mark out of stock. Choose Mark in stock when it returns. Stock changes take effect without pressing Save changes.
  4. Reload your hosted menu on a phone to check the result. A customer who already has it open also needs to reload.

Sold-out items are hidden from the hosted catalog; do not delete a product just to mark it unavailable. A manual stock change takes that item out of automatic stock management, even if you mark it in stock again. Re-importing can reset that choice, so check availability after an import. Your printed QR code does not change when the catalog does. A Custom website scan destination does not use these products.

Keep categories short enough to browse comfortably. A catalog can contain up to 20 categories and 500 products in each.
